IP Glance

Terms of Service

These terms cover the IP Glance iPhone app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

What IP Glance is

IP Glance shows public information about the IP address your device uses to reach the internet: where it is, which network it belongs to, what type it is and whether public data sources flag it as a proxy. It records when that address changes and can notify you on your device.

IP Glance provides no VPN, proxy or other network service, and it does not change how your device connects.

Your license

The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard EULA. These terms add to that agreement; where the two conflict, Apple's agreement governs your license to the app.

Estimates, not facts

Location, VPN detection, IP type and the risk score are estimates derived from third-party public data. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and the app labels them as estimates.

Do not rely on IP Glance as the only basis for security, legal, financial or account decisions.

Third-party data sources

Lookups depend on the public services listed in the Privacy Policy. Others run them; they may limit, change or stop their service at any time and have their own terms. When they fail, some or all results may be missing.

Acceptable use

Use IP Glance only in ways that are lawful where you are. Do not try to disrupt the app, its data sources or this website, for example by sending automated or excessive requests through the app, and do not copy or resell the results in bulk.

Price

This version of IP Glance has no paid features, subscriptions or ads. If paid features are offered later, their price and terms will be shown in the App Store before you buy.

Your data

IP Glance has no accounts and keeps your history on your device. How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

IP Glance is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or that it fits a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of IP Glance, including losses caused by inaccurate results or by third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update the app, stop offering it, or change these terms. When the terms change, this page shows the new date; using IP Glance after that means you accept the updated terms.
